They do not govern paid research services, scientific collaborations, statements of work, quotes, purchase orders, Science Exchange orders, master services agreements, nondisclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, data processing agreements, or other written contracts. Those matters are governed by the applicable written agreement, quote, SOW, PO, platform order, or contract.
If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, purchase order, Science Exchange order, or other written project document accepted by Biocartesian, the written project document controls for that project.
2. About Biocartesian
Biocartesian provides research-use technologies and services in functional genomics, microscopy, spatial biology, and related life-science research workflows. Information on this website is provided for general informational and business-development purposes only.
Nothing on the website creates a customer relationship, service agreement, partnership, joint venture, or obligation to perform work unless Biocartesian separately agrees in writing.
3. Research Use Only
The website, Biocartesian technologies, and scientific information described on the website are intended for research-use contexts.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, Biocartesian services, outputs, data, materials, analyses, reports, and deliverables are not intended for diagnostic use, clinical decision-making, therapeutic administration, regulatory submission, patient care, or use in humans or animals.
4. No Confidential Information Through the Website
