This Privacy Policy describes how coordna bio, Inc., a Delaware corporation operating under the Biocartesian brand (“Biocartesian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information through our website, contact forms, chat tools, scheduling tools, email, phone systems, cookies, analytics, advertising tools, and related business-development activities.

This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, prospective customers, collaborators, vendors, and other business contacts. It does not govern paid research services, project data, customer materials, confidential information exchanged under NDA, or data processed under a separate written agreement. Those matters are governed by the applicable SOW, MSA, quote, purchase order, Science Exchange order, data processing agreement, or other written contract.

  • website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, and analytics data;

  • cookie, advertising, and tracking information, such as cookie identifiers, campaign source, website interactions, and similar online activity data;

  • information from business tools or public sources, such as CRM tools, scheduling tools, professional networking platforms, referral sources, event lists, public company websites, advertising platforms, or third-party business platforms.

Please do not submit confidential information, patient-identifiable information, protected health information, human genetic data, human biospecimen metadata, sensitive personal information, or export-controlled information through the website, chat, scheduling tools, email links, voicemail, or intake forms unless an NDA or other written agreement is already in place.

The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We provide this California Privacy Notice for transparency. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to Biocartesian, this section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.

In the past 12 months, we have collected or may have collected business contact information, inquiry information, communications information, website and device information, cookie and advertising information, approximate location inferred from IP address, and limited relationship-management notes. We collect this information from you, your company or institution, website tools, CRM tools, scheduling tools, communications tools, analytics and advertising tools, professional platforms, public sources, referral sources, and business-development platforms.

We use this information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including website operation, inquiry response, scheduling, CRM, business development, analytics, advertising, security, legal compliance, and business operations.

We may disclose this information to the categories of recipients described in this Privacy Policy, including service providers, professional advisors, business platforms, referral partners, legal or regulatory recipients, and parties involved in corporate transactions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not submit protected health information, patient-identifiable information, human genetic data, human biospecimen metadata, government identifiers, financial account credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the website before an NDA or other written agreement is in place.
